I was actually used a phone app I was experimenting with at the time. I have a S9+ so idk if its on i phone or not but i'm sure it has alternatives. It's called "Pixaloop".
They have a feature where you can add visual effects. Problem is, making HD gifs requires pro membership. So saved I it in regular video format and converted it to a gif afterwards.

Great study. At this point its just playing with the contrast to balance it out. Don't worry about the right shoulder for now, more practice with anatomy studies will get that form just right. Its just nitpicking at this point, that is a good image.
